This book is a comprehensive guide to world-class training methods but not a formula. We will build a program tailored to meet each athlete's goals and objectives based on their current fitness level.
Session 1 - Background, assessment, plan development
Session 2 - Exercise protocols and standards
Session 3 - Review plans
