Students and Instructors will meet at the Seattle Mountaineers Program Center from 6:30 - 9pm.  We will be rotating through several stations that include locations in Goodman C, the Basalt Columns and the S. Plaza Wall

Skills Review for gear placement, cleaning and rappelling skills. We will also begin learning about how to anchor build

  • One set of Camelots size .3 to a #3
  • Full set of nuts
  • Helmet
  • Harness
  • Rock shoes
  • 2 personal anchors
  • 6 24 inch alpine slings with 2 wire gate biners per sling
  • 3 locking biners
  • Auto blocking belay device, ei petzle reverso, BD ATC Guide, mega jel
  • Nut tool
  • 20 feet cordalette, 6M nylon, 5M tech cord or spectra
Optional:
  • Smaller Camelots optional; BDC3's, or any other brand  
  • Chalk bag
