Learn to Belay

Learn the PBUS (Pull, Brake, Under, Slide) belay method for top-rope belaying.

Spend an evening learning to belay a climber using the PBUS method (pull, brake, under, slide).  The PBUS method is a safer alternative than the Slip-Slap-Slide method when using a modern belay device.

 

Experienced instructors in a small group setting.  No experience necessary and all necessary safety gear is provided.  Wear athletic clothing (long pants are fine) and tight fitting sneakers (or climbing shoes if you have a pair).
