If using this as your official conditioner, you will need to carry 25 lb or 20% of your body weight, whichever is greater, but no more than 50lb. We'll aim to reach the summit in approx 3 hr (~4 mi, 4000 ft gain).
Details to be confirmed by email the week before but anticipate an 8am start time at the trailhead.
