Timed hike on the CLASSIC "get in shape for climbing season" trail. This is a time trial for the Intense Basic 2018 course.

At the trailhead and ready to start hiking at 7:00am in hopes of  beating the crowds. We can arrange carpools as the date approaches.

Sign up preference is given to Intense Basic students and instructors. If you are not in the course, please wait till May 15 to sign up if space is still available.

This hike is to meet the time requirement for Intense Basic 2018. The benchmark goal is to hike to where the trail exits the trees in under 2 hours, with a pack weight equalling 20% of your bodyweight. Please be sure to bring the required weight in your pack.
