Mt. Washington is a classic I-90 training destination with great views at the top.  It's elevation gain of 3200' is perfect for the final trip in the conditioning hike series.

For those working toward the suggested goal of carrying 40lbs up Mt. Si on Memorial Day weekend, if you're adding 2lbs per week then the weight objective for this trip will be 38lbs.

This trip is specifically designed for participants of the Glacier Travel Course. Basic Climbing Students are also welcome. We will carry packs up to 40 lbs to prepare in terms of conditioning for upcoming glacier climbs. Conditioning hikes are optional activities but participation is highly recommended.

Issaquah Transit Center at 7:00am.
