Meet at the Seattle Program Center South Plaza (formerly North Plaza) at 6pm!

We will have stations set up to practice the following skills:

  1. Vertical Movement: Ascending, Conversions, Passing Knots
  2. Rigging: EMO, MMO, unlinked bolts, replacing webbing on Y-hang anchors
  3. Indirect Rescue: rope cutting
  4. Traverse Lines: self-belay and team belay
  5. Anchor Management: rig, descend, and retrieve
  6. *Intermediate Skill: converting a stuck releasable (or static) rigging to releasable
