Location: Exit 38 climbers parking lot (same location as day 2/Change Creek)
Students will work in pairs practicing a variety of rigging techniques in a canyon environment. Students will rig multiple types of fixed and releasable systems, and learn the application and context for each. Students also get a chance to practice making decisions about rigging based on a variety of factors including water, rock quality, and team competence. Time permitting, the group will descend a canyon, however the majority of the practice will occur in one section of a beginner canyon that's well-suited to practice a variety of techniques.

The rigging day in Hall Creek will require all canyon gear, including wetsuits, shoes, helmets and whistles. Please bring all of the same personal items that you brought for day 2/Change Creek.
