Deschutes River Recreation Area (OR) near The Dalles. This location is a 4 hour drive one way from Seattle.
We reccomend you plan to arrive on Friday evening. We will reserve a group campsite at the Lower Deschutes River Recreation for car camping. The field trip is on Saturday-Sunday with the Satursday overnight at a dispersed campsite along the trail. Return to TH mid-day Sunday followed by post-trip lunch/celebration.
