We will be camping at the beautiful Gothic Basin. Students must be in good shape to be able to carry overnight gear. Expect an early start to be able to make it to  camp before noon, set up camp and scramble Gothic peak

 Here you will learn and practice the skills taught at the earlier field trips as part of a real live scramble trip up to the summit of Gothic peak. There will be plenty of snow and rock to practice your steep snow, self-arrest, glissading, rock scrambling, and navigation skills.
Additionally you will also gain experience for overnight scrambles.

Depending on your comfort with Gothic we will tackle Del Campo on day 2.
