OLYMPIA CONSERVATION STEWARDSHIP DEVELOPMENT MEETING

Join the Olympia Conservation and Stewardship Committee for an evening of information about what local organizations are doing to preserve our Northwest resources that are likely to survive the Climate Crisis.

This annual event features a brief visual presentation by committee members on past accomplishments and a discussion of future stewardship opportunities that members wish to pursue this year.

Guest Speakers include: 

  • Jamie Glasgow:  Director of Science and Research of the Wild Fish Conservancy.
  • Mary Birchem and Justine Mischka : Capitol Land Trust.
  • Derek Stinson: Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife.

Participants in the meeting can also register for a Field Trip to Darlin Creek Preserve on Feb. 29. Capitol Land Trust Associate Director Quita Terrel will lead a guided walk through the preserve.
