Join Tom and Karen Keller for a lecture and mushroom foray designed to help you find and identify edible mushrooms. They will also share best ways to preserve and use these forest jewels. Tom and Karen have over 35 years of experience foraging and preserving wild edible mushrooms.

This course consists of a 2 hr classroom type talk and presentation. The talk will be on August 26, 2021 at 6:30pm via ZOOM. Those who participate will have the opportunity to sign up for one of the mushroom forays scheduled for August 28 or September 12.`
