  • Snow Shovel
  • Snow Flotation (Snowshoes or Skis) Please do not wear skis if you are not proficient with ski travel up and down hill with a heavy pack
  • Sleeping Bag

  • Avalanche Blue Book (Optional)
  • Bivy Sack  (Optional)
  • Tarp Materials (Optional)

Plan accordingly to spend a night outside in the snow and in possibly adverse conditions.  This is NOT an exhaustive packing list.

Participants are expected to plan their own group gear. eg. stove, fuel, food ect. Use this as an opportunity to challenge yourself on how much you NEED to pack vs packing EVERYTHING. eg. everyone doesn't have to pack a stove and fuel... Work with your "team" to decide how much is needed and what you will bring.
