NOTE:
Choosing a smaller pack is the wisest decision for your overnight snow camping trip, as a lighter load greatly enhances safety and mobility across unpredictable snowy terrain. Many overestimate their needs, bringing cumbersome packs over 55L which become a liability, especially since alpine climbers practically never carry large packs because they are simply unmanageable on a climb. Packing lighter ensures you bring only essentials, making the whole winter experience safer and more enjoyable.
