This is a "close to town" field trip. There will be a number of stations provided that we will practice skills. We will introduce scrambling, practice knot tying, show and discuss  required gear, your 10 essentials, fixed line use, and others. 

Griffin Fire District Station 1 - Steamboat Island, just off Highway 101. 

Note the address Olympia, but it's just off the Highway 101 at Steamboat Island Exit.
