Sea Kayak Conditioning Series - Kingston to Eglon

  • Sea Kayak III
  • Easy
  • Mileage: 10.0 nm
  • Maximum Wind: 15 kts
  • Maximum Waves: 2 ft
  • Maximum Currents: 1 kts
  • Pace: 3.2

Meet in Kingston at 9 am  for a 10 am launch. The specific meeting location will be sent to participants.

Conditioning series events are intended to get people out on the water to develop strength and endurance.  A secondary goal is to offer regular outings, particularly through the winter.

The venue may be any location.  However, paddles that are lower overhead - less travel, simpler logistics - will facilitate regular participation by people in Seattle.

The main focus is steady forward paddling.
