On this day-long field trip, you will practice and apply the skills taught at the earlier field trips as part of a real live scramble trip up to a non-technical alpine summit. We will use both snow and rock to practice your steep snow, self-arrest, glissading, rock scrambling, and navigation skills.
See course communications. Please note that the location of this trip may change once the impacts of the Labor Mountain Fire for 2026 are better known.
