Yoga Hike - Squak Mountain: Bullitt Fireplace Access

This 6 mile 1700 ft gain hike on Squak Mountain includes a pre hike warm-up, yoga session at the fireplace and recovery yoga poses after the hike. Our loop will take us through the forest on the May Valley, Bullitt, Summit and Phil's Creek trails.

8:00am pre hike warm up. Squak Mountain State Park parking lot (May Valley trailhead).

This trail can be rough in places with roots, rock, creek crossings and mud after rain. Mountaineers rates it as a moderate hike.

10 essentials are required, poles are recommended and you will need to carry a lightweight travel style yoga mat or pad or towel for our session at the fireplace.
