Yoga Hike - Seward Park

This is a hike with a dynamic yoga warm-up, a walk through the forest and along Lake Washington, and with some recovery yoga poses after the hike.

Meeting time:  9:30am
Meeting place: On the sidewalk between the Audobon Center and the restrooms at Seward Park

After we meet, we will walk as a group south to Shelter 1 to do some yoga warm ups. We will then walk up the hill to do the Seward Park Inside Loop to experience a forest within the City. We will then walk the outside Shore Loop Road and enjoy beautiful views of Lake Washington. We will end with another yoga session at Shelter 1.
