Field trip: Yoga for Hikers, Backpackers and Trail Runners

Yoga Hike - Seward Park

This 4 mile hike includes a 30 minute yoga warm-up and 20 minute cool down and stretch led by Michelle. We will do both an interior and perimeter loop starting on the lawn between Shelter #3 and Fairy Loop trail.

In addition to hiking essentials, you will need a towel or Z pad for yoga. No accessories or traditional yoga mats are required. Trail runners or light hiking boots are suggested. Poles are optional.
