Yoga Hike - Saint Edward State Park

This is a hike with at least one of the following: 1. a dynamic yoga warm-up at the trailhead 2. a yoga session at the hike destination 3. some recovery yoga poses back at the trailhead after the hike

Meet in the North Parking Lot at5:30pm.  Keep right and continue past sports field and lodge parking to the end of the road and trailhead sign. Discover Pass required

We'll hike at a leisurely pace and enjoy the scenery along the way, maybe even dip our toes in the lake. 

We'll do a dynamic yoga warm-up before the hike.    After the hike, we'll do yoga practice on the green fields behind The Lodge.  You  can leave your yoga mats in the car during the hike and get them out for the practice.
