This 60-minute outdoor yoga class held at an east side park features long holds in yoga poses that target major muscles groups, including the core, to help you develop the strength you need to meet your next outdoor challenge.

In this 60-minute outdoor yoga class we'll focus on Yoga for Strength.

It takes a lot of strength to carry a backpack up a tall mountain or hike or run on a steep, rocky trail. Many of us need a little extra help to build and maintain that strength. This class features long holds in yoga poses that target major muscles groups, including the core, to help you develop the strength you need to meet your next outdoor challenge.

Please bring a yoga mat and water to drink.  If you don't have one, a beach towel or small blanket will work. Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement.
