Hike is through the Anacortes community forest lands around Whistle Lake. This is in the heart of Fidalgo Island. We will circle the lake on a hiker only trail, while enjoying the sights of wetlands. lake and meadows. Spring will be showing blooming flowers and trees.  This hike counts toward your monthly required GoHike course May trips.

See WTA hike description for "Whistle Lake". The hike does has several rolling hills. The tallest hill is about 120' with moderate steep ascent and descents. Parking is limited. More details of parking will be provided in the hello-hiker.
