Required Equipment

Dress in appropriate layers for the weather & wear sturdy shoes.   While much of the walk is in wooded areas on a sunny day consider a hat, sunglasses & sunscreen.  Bring any medications you may require.   Bring water to stay hydrated & snacks to keep you fueled.   We will walk in sunshine or rain.   The trails are well maintained and fairly smooth, but we will be going up and down some gentle hills so some may be more comfortable bringing their hiking poles.
