Equivalency for the Basic Cross Country Ski Course is offered to experienced skiers that need equivalency to become a XC Ski leader for any branch of the Mountaineers. NOTE: DO NOT register for this just to get the badge. It will only be granted as part of setting you up as a XC ski leader.

This is not a regular type of course you can sign-up for. Instead, as part of becoming a XC ski leader, you will lead a mentored trip. After that trip, the mentor will confirm you skiing skills and if you don't already have this badge, you will be signed-up and graduated from this.
