We will meet at 6:15 AM near the tennis courts at Central Park in Issaquah, WA. Please note the GPS link, as the park is sprawling. No parking pass is needed.
We will run the Coal Mine Loop in a clock-wise direction from Central Park, starting with a flat gravel warm up, then a mildly uphill section, a long downhill, and then a steeper (walking) uphill, back to a cool down on the gravel path. We'll keep a moderate pace of 12-15 minute per mile overall and enjoy the sights and sounds of spring in the Issaquah Alps.
