Intro to Trail Running: Frontcountry - Uphill and Downhill Running - Cougar Mountain: Sky Country Trailhead

This field trip will focus on uphill and downhill running.

    We will meet at 5:00 pm for introductions and warm-up. We will start running at 5:15 pm.

    No parking pass required. There is a portable toilet at the TH.

    This session focuses on uphill and downhill running. We will do a loop around Cougar Mountain from the Sky Country Trailhead. We'll be increasing the elevation change from Session 1, with good practice of uphill and downhill running.
