This field trip will focus on running skills for technical terrain - Running on trails with rocks, roots, mud, creeks, etc.

We will meet at the Dirty Harry's Balcony TH (https://maps.app.goo.gl/9xJgKY2Y1wEgM4CX6) at 6 pm.  Please be ready to go at or near that time.

This is short but fun run that is more or less all up or all down.  There is a mix of floaty forest trails and open rocky talus fields.  We will discuss strategies for managing mixed terrain.   Please come prepared to have fun, learn, and meet new people!
