Bring a headlamp, since we will be starting in the dark! Please plan to powerhike uphill and run downhills and flats. We will stay together as a group at a conversational pace. Estimated total time will be 1h 30min which includes time for breaks and views along the way.
Get ready for an early morning run tackling up and down hills. We will meet at the May Valley Trailhead at 5:50 am and will be ready to run no later than 6:05 am after introductions and warmups. We will go counter-clockwise up the lollipop loop to the Equestrian Loop and continue down the May Valley loop, returning to the Squak Mountain Road and parking lot.
