Intro to Trail Running: Frontcountry - Trail and Group Etiquette - Bridle Trails State Park

This field trip will focus on trail and group etiquette for trail running.

  • Pace: 11 to 14 min (average moving pace)

We will run at an easy conversational pace with power hiking uphill and running flat and down sections.  We will run as a group. 

We should wrap up and be back at the cars around 7 pm.

We will meet at the main parking lot area at Bridle Trails at 5:30 pm. After Intros / Quick Introductory Notes, we'll start running by 5:45 pm.

You need a Discover Pass to park in the main Bridle Trails lot. However, several parking spots are available outside gate (off of 116th Ave NE) that do not require a pass.

Restrooms are available.
