Meet at the Margaret's Way TH at Squak Mountain. Instructors will be at the trailhead at 5:30pm to help with gear or answer questions. We will be on the trail at 6:00pm.

Now that you have your gear, we are going to simulate an overnight experience. Come with your gear, essentials, food and water packed. We will run a short distance to a location in the evening, set up camp, cook and eat dinner and then break it down and run back out. Bring a headlamp to pack up and run back to the trailhead in case it's dark. The objective is to determine if you have everything you need but are not overpacked, the pack fits well, and if you need to make any changes before our overnight and longer distance field trip.
