This is a 2-day (overnight) trip in easy to moderate terrain. The primary objective is to practice navigation skills and camp overnight; there will some opportunity for touring on the second day.
Details will be provided prior to the field trip.
Arrive at the Smithbrook Parking Lot near “Rainy Creek Forest Service 6700 Rd” by 7:30AM. Meet up with your instructor and group, ready to travel, by 8:00AM. Groups will depart by 8:30AM.

Required Equipment
All equipment needed for a typical one-day M1 trip, plus food and equipment to spend the night (tents are not needed). An example equipment list and camping gear recommendations will be provided during the course.
