  Bob Rivet, an independent Sea Kayak Instructor based in the Anacortes WA area, will present a short synopsis of what goes on in the mind of an instructor aiming to assist a client who wishes to learn how to avoid the need to exit their kayak in the event that Mother Nature decides to flip them & their kayak beyond the SSP, otherwise known as the SECONDARY STABILITY POINT! Gather your deep inner fear and come listen to Bob discuss how you can team up with Mother Nature and get her to actually assist you in this situation. Learn to set aside fear, gather the practical knowledge, commit & work diligently, and succeed in blending the movement of you and your equipment in sync with Mother Nature. It’s all about bracing and, in its most elegant form, rolling the sea kayak
