Bring your heavy pack (35-40 lbs) and assess your fitness level. For BCC students, you can use this as your fitness self-assessment. Everett BCC students/grads only.

7 am at parking lot. Look for a red outback with OR Pacific Wonderland plates (blue plates with yellow font)

The goal of this conditioner is to gauge fitness level for summer climbs (baseline is <2h to base of Haystack with a 35-40 lb pack). This is also a good opportunity to practice packing your gear efficiently in a pack for overnight trips.
