Join three experts in the field for a practical, empowering lecture, in person with a community of other active mature outdoor women, designed to help people navigate all stages of menopause in the mountains. This collaborative talk brings together expertise in pelvic health, sports nutrition, and mountain trekking to help you understand how menopause can affect performance, comfort, and long-term enjoyment of outdoor activity. By the end of this seminar you'll gain actionable insights from a pelvic health Doctor of Physical Therapy, an experienced nutritionist, and a globe-trotting trainer/trail guide, all focused on supporting individuals through menopause while staying active outdoors.

Philip Ouellette will share route information, photos and stories from his bikepacking trip on the Newfoundland T’Railway”, a 550 mile route that crosses the scenic open country of Newfoundland from east to west along an unpaved railbed. The route takes you through a stunning mix of often damp, open, and expansive terrain, as well as vibrant urban cities, on the journey between Channel-Port aux Basques and St. John’s.
