When Mountaineering Club debuted earlier this year, rumor had it that The Mountaineers had opened a new bar on the roof of Seattle's Graduate Hotel! While the rumor isn't true, we're still excited to share that we'll be partnering with Mountaineering Club throughout the year on a handful of parties and projects. Up first - a summer kick-off to celebrate the new season of warm-weather activities! Mark your calendars for June 12!
Picture it now: It’s a Wednesday and you’re itching to beat the midweek slump. You watch the clock tick away slowly until it’s quitting time, and finally, it’s time to leave! You head over to the U-District to check out the new rooftop bar at Mountaineering Club.
You ride the elevator all the way up to the 16th floor of the building and high-five 200 of your closest Mountaineers friends as you make your way to the bar. Complimentary cocktail in hand, you bask in the waning sunshine on a perfect Seattle day, and pine over adventures that await you in the landscapes in the distance.
Since summer is nearly here, we hope you’ll join our community for a casual evening to officially kick-off another great season of trips on our trails and waterways. Last year Mountaineers members traveled more than 150,000 miles to explore our beautiful PNW. We're excited to spend an evening to celebrate just how awesome you all are, and help start your summer adventures off on the right foot!
As a special welcome to you, Mountaineering Club will provide all registered guests with a complimentary punch cocktail, crafted by their esteemed team of bartenders. Additional food and beverage specials will be available for purchase throughout the night to keep the party going!
There is no cost to attend, but you are required to RSVP in advance. All members are welcome to bring up to two guests, and all registered guests will receive a ticket for a complimentary specialty cocktail. The party officially kicks off at 6pm – be sure to grab your drink ticket from our registration team in the lobby on your way up to the celebrations!
