National Parks Week

Happy National Park Week! This April 16-24 we celebrate National Park Week by about making connections, exploring amazing places, and discovering open spaces in our National Parks. To help you celebrate, the National Park Service is giving you free entry to National Parks this week!  

The celebration kicks off today with National Junior Ranger Day. Nationwide, kids will be taking part in fun programs to earn a junior ranger badge or become a Centennial Junior Ranger.

On
Earth Day, April 22, you can roll up your sleeves and pitch in with a project. Find a park where you can help

Happy 100 Years National Parks

The park service is also celebrating it's 100th Birthday in 2016. We're excited to celebrate the Centennial of the National Park Service and the 110-year anniversary of The Mountaineers this year!
