What youth programs do you participate in with The Mountaineers? Mountaineers Adventure Club (MAC)

10 ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS:

Why do you participate in Mountaineers Youth Programs?

I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, and mountain climbing. I really enjoy any activity that involves being outside. The skill nights help me become stronger.

What is your favorite Mountaineers memory?

During our second trip to Vantage, we explored new climbing walls. I got to do a few chimney climbs which are always fun.

What is your favorite outdoor activity and why?

Rock climbing - I like trying different routes and challenging myself. It's also fun to see new places.

If you could give one piece of advice to someone who wanted to spend more time outside, what would you say?

Try everything. Even if you don't make it all the way to the top, just do your best.

What have you learned at The Mountaineers that you have applied to other parts of your life?  

I've learned how to work hard and problem solve.
