Your next adventure can make a huge impact! The Mountaineers Online Auction is just around the corner, and we’re excited to give you a first look at this year’s lineup of incredible items and experiences which support The Mountaineers mission-driven programs and publishing.
Starting Tuesday, April 14, all are invited to explore and place bids on our large selection of auction packages. From memorable getaways and excursions to high-quality gear to expert consultations, your bid will directly support outdoor education and conservation. The Online Auction closes Friday, April 24. Don’t miss your chance to place bids and book your next adventure!

Auction Previews
This year, we will have a handful of packages only available for in-person attendees at the Gala Reception, including:
- A sleepaway in the trees with a two-night stay at Treehouse Point, a one-of-a-kind overnight escape in an old-growth forest.
- A six-day backpacking trip on The Gauchos Way in stunning Patagonia, Chile - thanks to Patagonia Frontiers.
- A private, virtual ice climbing session with world-renowned climber and elite athlete Will Gadd.
During the main program, guests can bid on adventure packages in our backyard and around the globe. Auction winners will:
- Explore the natural beauty of Baja, Mexico with a seven-night cruise for two - thanks to UnCruise Adventures.
- Choose their dream destination with two roundtrip, Polaris tickets to anywhere in the world where United Airlines flies.
- Experience the thrill of an iconic summit with a guided climb of Mount Tahoma (Mount Rainier) with Alpine Ascents International.
Live Auction items can only be bid on during the main Gala Program on April 25. If you are not attending the Gala and are interested in bidding on Live Auction items, please contact us and we will get you a Live Auction Proxy Bidder form.
HOW TO PLACE YOUR BIDS ONLINE
Participating in The Mountaineers Online Auction is simple and convenient! Head over to our online bidding page and select the "Get Started" button in the top right-hand corner to log in with your existing Greater Giving account or create a new account. Learn more about how to register to bid with this step-by-step guide.
When bidding opens on April 14, you can view all of our packages and start bidding!
All funds raised through the Gala Auctions will support The Mountaineers and help people explore, conserve, learn about, and enjoy the lands and waters of the Pacific Northwest and beyond. All are welcome to bid, so encourage your friends and loved ones to participate!
