Frontcountry Trail Run - Mount Si Main Trail
Power hike up, run down. A great conditioner for climbers, scramblers, and runners. Also a good change to practice downhill running at night.

This is a conditioning trail run with the idea of practicing power hiking up the hills and running downhill in the dark. We will maintain a steady pace stopping only at the top for a quick snack, before descending back to the cars at the TH.
I expect the total round trip time to be in the neighborhood of 2.5 hours.
This is the PNW and it is winter, so bring clothes that are appropriate for the weather, and shoes that can handle the conditions. I will send out an email with more suggestions on the Sunday before the run.
Meet at the TH ready to run at 6pm.
