Sea Kayaking Student Paddle - Port Gamble to Foulweather Bluff Preserve
Student salt water paddle and a mentored paddle for Jeremy Westerman. Priority given to participants of my 6/29 paddle which was canceled due to stronger winds. When registration opens, priority to Basic Sea Kayaking course students and equivalency candidates thru July 10. All paddlers are welcome to sign up from July 10.

We will paddle north from Port Gamble to Foulweather Bluff Preserve where we will stop for lunch. As this is a student paddle we will do rescues at some point during the paddle.

Please reserve equipment as soon as possible to ensure the best selection of sizes. They are aware of this Mountaineers paddle so mention it for the discounted rate.
Bring sufficient insulating clothing to be worn under the drysuit, as discussed in the prior class.
Bring water, lunch and a snack as desired.

Meeting time: 9:30am and ready to launch at 10:30am. If you need more than an hour to get your kit ready please plan on arriving before the meeting time.
Required Equipment
These three essentials plus The Ten Essentials are required on all sea kayaking trips. All but the whistle and clothing should be provided with any kayak rental.
