Frontcountry Trail Run - Mount Si Old Trail

Firsts on Si in 2025.

  • Pace: 14 - 34 miles per hour

Run or power hike the ups, steady pace run the flats and downs.

This will be a group paced run and no one gets left behind, but please note that this run's difficulty/rating is posted strenuous/challenging and we will truly be 'power hiking'. Truthfully assess your own fitness level before signing up. This is not a beginner level trail run.

Sunrise is at 7:54AM. Headlamp or running light with good batteries required. Most likely traction and poles will be required as well.
Required: Winter kit incase of an emergency and we have to sit or stand around for 2  to 3 hours... i.e., rain shell, insulating layer, beanie, gloves, Mylar blanket.
Optional: Buff, sit pad.
