Day Hike - Mount Walker

This is a training hike for the Olympia scrambling and climbing students. Please note this is not a conditioner hike for the classes. It does not reach the required length of ascension for a true conditioner. I am a student in the Olympia Basic Climbing class this year and just want to get a good hike in. We will be moving at a quick clip. I recommend hikers carry heavier packs aimed at training for the season. This is a dog friendly hike. I will have my Doberman with me. If you want to bring a dog please let me know and we can talk about it.
