Lookouts and High Places summer hiking series. Changed from Hidden Lake Lookout due to fire closure. Moderate pace with short breaks and a longer break at the summit. The trail is moderately steep. Before signing up, please assess your conditioning to keep the trip enjoyable for everyone.

Forest Road 42 has recently been improved. The first 4.7 miles are gravel; the last 1.9 miles are paved. NW Forest or Interagency Pass required.
