This is a great trail for enjoying spring and to learn how land trusts work to protect and restore special habitats. There are two short out and back trails with various views of the river. We will stop and share a bird lovers snack on a nice beach along the Chehalis and toss a few rocks and muscle shells. Then we will head back to the second half of the trail where views of two bald eagle nests are still possible!
We will meet at the parking area by the wastewater treatment plant at 2:00pm and expect to be done by 5:00pm.
