16 sunny miles, 1600', 2.5 MPH average moving speed (many flat miles with fast/excellent tread). We will start above the coulee and descend to the Columbia. Warning! There will be a few 5 minute talks about the fascinating geology we will be observing, the basalt lava flows and ice age floods that sculpted the coulee, Babcock Bench, and pothole lakes.
