Snowshoe through a beautiful woods. We will start where Hwy 410 is closed for winter at the Mt. Rainier NP boundary.

This should be an easy walk through the snowy woods. We will have lunch at our turnaround point and stop for coffee or ice cream at Wapiti Woolies on the way home. A sno-park pass will be required.
If we have early snowmelt, we will choose another trip in the same area. This is at 3,000 ft. elevation.
7:30 AM. Maple Valley Park and Ride. There will be an alternate meet spot for people coming from the south, but I must know in advance who wants that option.
