Leader permission required.  First preference to Taylor/Eades and Nims SIGs.  After that open to anyone with sufficient conditioning.  This will be a long, strenuous 3 day glacier climb and you must be in excellent shape.  Tell me your SIG, background and conditioning when you request permission.
