Prospectus to be sent to participants.  My pace is very moderate - this is about 1,000 ft/hr.  We'll take breaks at 15 min, 1 hour, and hourly after that.  Pace is fast enough to keep the heart pumping but not too fast where we can't actually talk to each other.
