For over 100 years, The Mountaineers has enriched the outdoor community by helping thousands of people to explore, conserve, learn about, and enjoy the lands and waters of the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We take pride in that legacy, and we we want to honor our volunteer leaders who make it all happen!

The theme for this year's conference is Vision Forward. A series interactive sessions will explore the many facets of leadership and how they relate to the three core tenets of our Vision 2022 strategic plan - leading innovation in outdoor education, engaging future Mountaineers, and advocating for wild places - plus a core track for the sessions that are central to who we are and what we do. New this year, we'll also offer an outdoor skills track for folks who are looking for something different throughout the day.
